Every celebration is different, and sometimes your planning needs don't fit neatly into a package. Whether you're looking for additional planning support, design assistance, vendor management, or something in between, we'll create a package tailored specifically to your vision and priorities.
Styled Soirée
Pre booking consultation, full styling direction, including mood board and product sourcing, custom digital stationery and signage, budget planning support, comprehensive planning checklist, guest management assistance, master event timeline, custom floor plan, and on-site setup on event day.
Client is responsible for all décor and rental costs.
Additional hours or increased design complexity may impact final pricing.
The Final Fling Edit
Pre-booking consultation, full styling direction, including mood board and product sourcing, custom digital stationery and signage, budget planning guidance, planning checklist, guest management support, master event timeline, on-site setup on event day, and custom floor plan for setup if location is outside service range.
Client is responsible for all décor and rental costs.
Additional hours or increased design complexity may impact final pricing.
The Elopement Edit
Planning consultation, location recommendations, vendor recommendations, timeline creation, permit guidance if needed, ceremony coordination, up to 6 hours of wedding day coverage, setup of personal décor, vendor management, and celebration planning for a private dinner, picnic, champagne toast, or similar intimate experience.
The Wedding Day Edit
Pre-event consultation, 1-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination, final vendor confirmations, comprehensive wedding day timeline, vendor management and point of contact starting 1 week out, 10 hours of on-site coordination, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception oversight, setup supervision for personal décor, breakdown coordination at end of event, and on-site problem solving and timeline management.
Additional hours may be added based on event needs.

The Final Months Edit
Pre booking consultation, kick-off consultation at two months out, weekly 30-minute check-in calls for up to 8 weeks, vendor communication and coordination leading up to the event, contract and logistics review, timeline development and management, final vendor confirmations, ceremony rehearsal coordination, 10 hours of wedding day on-site coordination, setup supervision for personal décor, breakdown coordination at end of event, vendor point of contact on wedding day, and on-site problem solving and timeline execution.

Full-service planning from booking to wedding day, budget creation and management, venue research and walkthroughs, vendor sourcing and recommendations, contract review and negotiation guidance, full design direction and mood boards, layout and floor plan creation, guest experience guidance, timeline development and management, vendor communication and coordination, ceremony rehearsal coordination, wedding day coordination and execution, setup and breakdown oversight, and ongoing planning calls and email support.

From mood boards to layout planning, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive and elevated experience. We manage logistics, communication, and decision-making so planning feels seamless and enjoyable.
Final Stretch
As your wedding approaches, we refine every detail. We finalize timelines, confirm vendors, review logistics, and ensure all moving pieces align. We step in fully as the main point of contact, allowing you to shift your focus from planning to celebrating.
